The menu predominantly has a focus on local meats on breads baked from our resident baker matched with homemade sauces and condiments. For example a slow cooked pulled pork roll with apple slaw and our special chipolti sauce with sides of hand cut triple cooked chips with garlic aioli.We also have homemade patisserie items. We can be found at markets, festivals and events as well as selling to office blocks, industrial estates.
