Stefano's Restaurant is the flagship venue for celebrity cook, microbrewer and restaurateur Stefano de Pieri. The restaurant and Stefano have been bestowed numerous awards and continue to attract local, interstate and international diners.
Stefano's is housed in the original cellars of the Mildura Grand Hotel. What were once cool rooms for kegs of beer have been turned into intimate dining spaces that are softly lit with walls lined with art.
The restaurant serves a five course set menu which changes daily and is subject to the whim of the chef and the seasonal produce available. Special dietary requirements can be catered for with notice. Stefano's also features an extensive selection of quality wines to complement the meal.
