Redbank Winery, Sally's Paddock was first established in 1973, and is located in the Pyrenees wine region. Neill and Sally Robb established the winery, where today Neill is winemaker alongside his daughter Sasha.
Neill Robb's Redbank Winery is a bit of an institution, thanks in part to the vision and hard work of its creator, and the unique personality of its principal wine, Sally's Paddock. A character-filled blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Shiraz, Merlot and Malbec. This wonderfully rustic cellar door also does a good coffee and a fantastic ploughman's lunch.
Wines include Sally's Paddock, Sally's Hill and Hundred Tree Hill, and vary in price between $15.00 and $70.00. There is a range of share plates available at the Flying Pig Deli, as well as all-day coffee and cake.
There is also an online shop. Visit the website for more information or contact Redbank Winery, Sally's Paddock.
