Indica Hemp House is an unique luxury property, built using locally grown & produced hempcrete. The property is eco-friendly & built sustainably. It's situated on a large landscaped block on the edge of a lake. It has been designed specifically for accommodation, with 4 suites of master bedrooms & ensuites.
The house features high ceilings, double glazing & burnished polished concrete floors. This house is energy efficient with a 8.7/10 National House Energy Rating Scheme (NatHERS) rating - naturally warm in Winter & cool in Summer due to Passive Solar design & insulative hempcrete.
Raking ceilings in the kitchen, dining & living area angle up to the north wall, maximising Winter sunlight to the room. Glass sliding doors open up the living room to the decking & water view. The kitchen features black appliances & includes a 90cm induction cooking hob, 90cm oven, dishwasher & ample crockery, cutlery, glassware & cooking equipment to impress the best chefs. We provide a Nespresso machine with pods for your first few coffees. The Marri dining table allows for 8 diners & the living area easily seats up to 10 with our leather sofas, side wall bench seating & occasional chairs.
Our bedroom suites consist of a king size bed, ensuite & wardrobe. All suites look over the lake outside & sliding doors open onto a deck, where you'll find a personal outdoor setting to relax in. We provide bespoke hemp-infused shampoo, conditioner, body wash & hand soap.
NOTE: Pricing starts at 2 guests. We allow for 2 guests per bedroom, otherwise an additional fee of AUD100 per suite is charged.
We have a unique theatre room that will instantly relax you: A Boronup Forest photo wall, 98" TV, & ceiling lined in natural Marri. A green velvet modular lounge completes the room.
Our 10 seat hydrotherapy spa is semi-sunk into the deck, just outside the living room.
