Sydney City locals and tourists will no longer have to travel far from city icons for Christopher Thé’s eclectic selection of beautifully decorated cakes, all of which have been designed to impress and delight. Familiar sweet treats such as the fluffy lemon myrtle chiffon cake and the decadent Amedei chocolate and hazelnut torte will make appearances at Black Star Pastry The Galeries, as will Black Star’s equally impressive range of savouries such as the heart-warming lamb shank and red wine pie and zucchini along with almond and feta bread sticks.
