At Snapper Rocks our goal is to deliver you a beautiful, quality restaurant, focused on our amazing local and Australian seasonal produce, yet it a totally relaxed environment.
We really want to hero our local produce & obviously we have amazing seafood up here, so that’s an obvious start, but we wanted to go further that. We believe that the best food comes from ethically raised and sourced produce. We are really proud to work with some amazing suppliers who care about their produce just as much as we do.
