We consider our environmental footprint by eliminating mileage on produce, limiting food waste in the production of the menu and supporting smaller farmers and producers over large scale enterprises and mass production. We have developed partnerships with local and regional producers from small farmers focusing on one to two individual products to growers that will only offer produce grown in the region and in season. Here you will experience the best produce available served on locally created and crafted flatware, with daily baked breads and artisan butter, our olive oils are from the farms and fields around Canberra and the flavours vary based on the soil, and the varietal.
