Chris was a excellent guide his passion and knowledge of the Tasmanian devils plight that is threatening an entire species is a must for anyone who is planning a visit to Cradle Mountain. It is also a chance to get up close and personal with animals that you will not get to see in the wild.
We had a really knowledgeable guide. Answered all our questions. There were loads of animals. We were worried about going in day and not at feeding time but they have so many, chilling out in the sun and playing. Easy viewing for out little kids.
Awesome experience got to see up close these amazing animals even though we did the day tour some of them were still out and about, we were also lucky enough to see 2 varieties of quolls also our guide was friendly and knowledgeable thumbs up great experience would love to do the sunset tour if we're back.
We did the day keeper tour at 3pm. We learnt so much from the guide - she had so much knowledge about the Devils, quolls & wombat there. We got some great photos & it was entertaining watching the devils interact with each other. Great value & give a senior discount.
I have been told by someone that it is better to go to another places to see the devils, but as we are visiting Cradle Mountain so we still choose to go to Devils@Cradle. IT IS WORTH TO VISIT! We didn't visit other zoo/sanctuary, but we saw quite many devils here, and the tour is very informative, we have learnt so much about the devils! We just love here and will recommend others to come! (Apart from devils, they have a few quolls as well)
